Can we try changing the DNS on your PS4 as well to see if that helps? To update the DNS follow the steps below: 

1. Open up the Settings on your PS4, then go to Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either WiFi or LAN cable depending on what you're using. 
2. Select Custom > IP Address Setting...

Have you had the chance to check the power settings in Windows to see what they're set to? If they're set to Balanced it might be restricting the power the CPU is using, which could be affecting the clock speed. Try setting the Windows power to High Performance to see if that makes any difference at all.

I don't think anything was changed in relation to melee attacks in the latest update as far as I know. I've seen similar reports to this in the past, and in a lot of cases the melee input is being triggered accidentally while shooting. With the melee input being bound to the R3 it's pretty easy to hit it without realizing.

Hey @avihusela,

Whenever you open a pack its contents will be automatically added to your account, even if you don't actually see the pack opening animation. If you haven't already take a look at the items on your account and see if there was anything new added.

Since you're running 8GB of RAM a 12GB page file makes sense. The rule of thumb is generally 1.5 times your available RAM. 

Did this just recently start happening? Have you made any hardware changes to your PC recently?
