Hey @Boogs112. 

Whenever you open a pack the contents are automatically added to your account. Even if you don't actually see the pack opening animation the items from the pack will be sent to you. 

The contents of that pack should be there on your account if you have a chance to look through your new stuff.

I took a look at the DxDiag you posted, and it appears that your NVIDIA drivers are from 2019. Did you roll back your drivers when you were trying to troubleshoot this?

Let's take a look and see if we can help out with the crashes you've been seeing. 

First, can you try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with corrupted game files causing the crash a repair might help. If you right-click on the game in the Origin Library you'll see a Repair Option when the menu comes up. Let me know how that goes when you have the chance.

You may still be able to launch the game, but the hardware in your PC isn't supported. I'm afraid we can't really offer much troubleshooting if your PC doesn't meet the system requirements.

Unfortunately if your PC is only using the integrated Intel HD graphics I'm afraid it wouldn't meet the minimum requirements to run Apex Legends:
