Hey @piyoleaf,

I'm afraid we're unable to review any account actions on the forums.

The account history page shows specific types of actions, but not all in-game suspensions or bans will appear here, sorry for the confusion.

For this you'll need to contact our Terms of Service team to appeal this action. If you haven't already done so, you can reach them using these steps...

Hey @Zond4r_1,

Thanks for the report!

I do see the Triple Take version you recently got, though from what I'm able to see here that appears to be the first time this was added to the account.

I am showing the same Zeal skin was received for a couple other weapons previously however (PK, Devo).

Is it possible you're seeing the Zeal skin for various weapons? Mako.png

Hey @cyber4l0w3r,

I'm afraid this is not actually a bug.

While you're able to link your EA and PSN accounts, Apex Legends does not currently have cross-progression.

Any progress you make is going to remain specific to the platform where that was earned until cross-progression is added to the game.

Last we heard that was set to happen some time later this year, though we don't have any further details on what that will entail just yet.

Hey @AlexXd69yolo,

I'm showing our Terms of Service team has fully investigated this situation multiple times.

You should be able to review your case history here, but it may also be worth checking your email junk, trash, or spam folders if you don't recall receiving any of the emails they had sent out.

An email sent 22 days ago detailed the specific reason for this most recent ban, though it's not something that can be repeated on the forums.

Please keep in mind that you are entirely responsible for any chat coming from your account, regard...

Hey @mrtastic,

The ban history page shows specific account actions, so not all bans or suspensions will appear there currently, sorry for the confusion.

We're unable to review any account actions or make changes on the forums, but if you haven't already done so you can create an appeal to have our Terms of Service team review this situation again.

Hey @up94arliuj5v,

In this case it would be best to reach out to support directly.

They'll be able to work with you to try and locate the account based on your PSN ID or other older account information.

Since this will require verifying some account info before any changes can be made, I'm afr...

Hey @Clip4ik,

Your progress is stored with the EA Account itself, however I'm afraid this cannot be transferred from one PSN account to another.

Once you've linked a specific PSN account to the EA Account, you'd be unable to link a different one in the future or otherwise transfer that progress.

Hey @Yeat-is-mid,

I'm afraid we're unable to review or change any account actions on the forums.

I am seeing that both of your prior cases received email replies however. You can view your case history here but may also want to check the junk, trash, and spam folders in your email provider to see if those earlier replies were perhaps missed.

Our Terms of Service team reviews all account actions and you can create an appea...

Hey @keifkrusher,

If this purchase was made through Origin directly, you can try reaching out to support to speak with them about this issue.

If the purchase was made on console you'll want to reach out to either Sony or Microsoft depending on where you play, as console purchases would go through their billing systems instead.

Hey @ssuseminia,

If you've recently unlinked any other platforms from your EA Account this may result in a loss of progress.

In that case you'd simply need to re-link the same platform to restore your progress.

This is not something we're able to do via the forums, but if you're running into issues doing so please be sure to ...

Hey @stefanneel,

Sorry to hear you've been having so much trouble just getting those coins to show up on your account.

I'm afraid we're unable to assist with this type of account related issue on the forums.

I do see you've already created a few cases, and it looks we're still waiting to hear back about some additional information that was requested in your first case.

That will need to be provided to support before they can continue looking into this for you, so please take a look back through your cases to follow-up with the original reque...

Hey @65734528,

I appreciate you're trying to help a friend out here.

That said, only the account owner can appeal actions taken on their account, so I'm afraid this is not something that can be done on the forums or by you.

Your friend will need to speak with the Terms of Service team by appealing with the link below.

Hey @deviplaysapex,

If the ToS team has reviewed the appeals numerous times and determined the action was correct, then I'm afraid that would be final.

If you have new or additional information that was not originally included you're welcome to create a new appeal. Ultimately there are only so many times the same information can be reviewed while hoping for a different outcome, however.
