Not to worry, the game adds the items to your account immediately once the pack is opened, so even if something happens during the opening animation you'll still have received the contents of the pack.

Totally understandable.

There are a handful of skins that do require the base version to be unlocked before you can access the variant, afraid this would fall into that category.

You should be able to identify whether another skin is required by the name near the lock icon if a skin is unavailable.

Hey @Jackary5,

 

This Silver Fox skin is a variation of the Old Gold skin for Fuse.

 

You would need to have the Old Gold skin unlocked first in order to pick up this alternate version. Do you have that one already?

Speaking with support to see what other options they may have would be the best bet here. The 6-month cooldown can't be removed at this time, but they may have an alternative depending on the situation.

Sorry @ScaryNameGoHere, I know that's not what you're looking to hear, but that is the only resolution we have for these types of situations.

It's not possible to swap the payment method after you've completed an in-game purchase, but we'll pass along the feedback about how this system works.

The escalation possible in this case would be providing feedback that you'd like to see a system or process for correcting accidental purchases with the wrong currency.

What's not possible is to escalate this to manually change those values for you, as again that's not a service we currently provide for anyone.

This feedback has been passed along and that would be the extent of what we're able to offer in these situations for the time being.
