We're working closely with Dreamhack to ensure FNCS dates don't overlap during the months that FNCS may be running. Stay tuned!

Exactly. Competing players shouldn't have anything to worry about if the jumping isn't an intended meaning of signaling.

Hey there,

We're aware of some of the inconsistencies on the Series Leaderboard.

This is a visual issue only, and correct Series Points are being tracked internally. We're working to correct the public facing Series Leaderboard as quickly as we can.

Being able to actually enjoy it with the family instead of grinding out another tourney weekend would be nice.

FNCS will not occur over US Thanksgiving weekend.

Definitely unintended and our fault. We’re working to hotfix them back off as quickly as possible for the remainder of the FNCS Season Finals.

These new items are not in the tournament playlist for the FNCS Season Finals.

We hit a snag with the final match of Heat 1 for NA-E. This is related to our previous issues with the scheduled matchmaking system.

The final match of NA-E Heat 1 is rescheduled for tomorrow at 6:00 PM EST. All points earned from Matches 1-5 will still count.

Heat 1 of NA-West will be delayed by one hour. This Heat will now begin at 11:00 PM EST (8:00 PM PST).

We will continue to work through these matchmaking system issues.

We’re still experiencing issues with the scheduled matchmaking system for the FNCS Season Finals.

Because of this, we are delaying Heat 1 of Brazil to start at 7:00 PM EST. We are also delaying Heat 1 of NA-East to start at 8:00 PM EST.

If you missed our previous messaging around Heat 1 delays in Europe, see the following post: https://www.reddit.com/r/FortniteCompetitive/comments/d707xu/fncs_heat_1_europe_delayed/

Hey folks,

We’re experiencing issues with the scheduled matchmaking for the FNCS Season Finals in the Europe region. Because of this, we are delaying Heat 1 of Europe to start during the same time window as Europe’s Heat 4 (Saturday, 7-10 PM BST).

All points earned from Match 1 and 2 will still count, and Matches 3-6 will be resumed during the new time window.

Hey folks,

We’ve discovered an issue with FNCS placements while slotting teams into Heats. This has resulted in a few qualified teams outright missing from our initial FNCS Finals list. We are working to correct this, and should have a final team and Heat list available soon.

Please be aware that this means teams may shift Heats, or no longer qualify once we’ve corrected the placements issue. We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

We’ll also be moving away from official weekend broadcasts in favor of content recaps dropping throughout the following week.

I hope this is only for the qualifiers.

Sund0wn, Zeke, Ballatw, and Shyowager will be following the stories of top performers and key players in the community.

Yeet.

Server replay functionality is what was used to broadcast the Fortnite World Cup Online Open Qualifiers, and now it’s in your hands! The difference between server replays and local replays is that server replays contain information on the entire island and all players for a given match.

VOD reviewing is gonna be lit now.

I hope this is only for the qualifiers.

You're correct. We will be broadcasting the Season Finals on 9/20-22.

My only question is, it says for example in NAE that 31-250 win prize money in round 3, but only 150 teams advance to round 3. So hypothetically if my trio gets 200th in round 2 and doesn't advance, is there still prize money awarded?

Correct.

Can you please give us a time of when these cups are going to be going on? Same with the tournaments? There’s absolutely nothing about the times.

You'll be able to see the exact start times in game later today.

Cash Cups will begin on 8/21, and run the entirety of Season X each week.

Wednesdays will be Solo Cash Cups for those in Contender League and above.

Thursdays will be Solo Cash Cups for those in Champion League.

Fridays will be Trios Cash Cup for those in Champion League.

You can expect the official rules, format, and prizing for these early next week.
