We are looking in to this, and are working actively with our hardware partners to identify and solve the underlying issues.

However, it’s worth keeping in mind some of these crashes may be the result of localised driver-related issues and the like.

More information in the articles linked below. Please be aware this may reduce the rate at which you experience GPU-related crashes, but may not eliminate them at this time - please remember, we are looking in to it!:

We are aware some players are experiencing the error seen below:

This has been identified as a result of Kaspersky Total Security automatically quarantining the CrashifyUploader.exe without notification.

The CrashifyUploader.exe is used to upload crash data to our servers, and is not malicious software.

You should be able to restore the CrashifyUploader.exe via Kapersky Total Security. Additional exceptions may need to be put in place to prevent the issue reoccurring.

If you are not using Kapersky Total Security but are experiencing the same error, please look in to whether your Anti-Virus could be interfering with your installation.

We are aware of and looking in to an issue where changing from Windowed → Fullscreen or Fullscreen → Windowed mode can make Darktide appear as if it has locked up. This is not the case; it is actually having problems presenting a new image. If you minimise the window or Alt-Tab, you should be able to work around this. However, this will not work for Borderless Fullscreen and Darktide will have to be restarted
