Sorry @Corralis , I must have misread the version it was being patched in, as it’s actually coming in our next one. My mistake, I apologise.

Please disable the Overwolf overlay.

Sorry for the delay @Taskie13, it’s not always easy to keep up with updates on posts here!

I understand you’ve exhausted all solutions. I can either escalate this with our Engine Developers, but I (unfortunately) suspect the response will be much the same, or alternatively I can assist with a refund.

Sorry about this! This will be resolved in our next patch.

Unfortunately your PC is below the minimum requirements, hence the crash you’re experiencing. As long as you purchased via Steam, please reach out to us at https://fatshark.se/support and we will do our best to help with a refund.

Could you try a ‘Selective Startup’, and see if the issue persists?:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load Startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Launch as normal, and see if the issue persists

This is a bit of an unusual crash admittedly, is it persisting with our latest update?

We suspect there is some link with Game Pass resulting in the Aquilas not being added as expected. Are you able to uninstall Darktide, and reinstall via your library?

We are looking in to this, but I’m unable to provide an ETA on a resolution. I recommend changing your DNS in the mean time.

The only GPU being detected is the AMD Radeon ™ Graphics which I understand is an integrated GPU. Do you have a dedicated GPU?

Comment

This is a known issue and will be resolved in our upcoming patch, apologies.

Comment

It’s not particularly clear to our players and is something we’re working on, but for a Contract to progress accordingly, you have to view the Contract beforehand. So after each refresh, you must visit Sire Melk before it starts recording. Could this explain it?

Comment

Could you try reinstalling your GPU drivers, if you haven’t already?:

Do you happen to have 2 of the exact same Curio equipped in separate slots?

Our Backend Engineer is aware and looking in to this issue, but for players with long loading times, we recommend changing the DNS. This can be done via General Settings → Network Settings → Advanced Settings → DNS Settings - ‘Manual’

The DNS you decide to change to is up to you - there are multiple DNS providers available, such as Google DNS, Cloudflare, and so on. This is purely personal preference.

I believe we have already solved this via the Support Portal. Please let me know if you have any other problems.

I’ve discussed this with my colleagues, and we suspect Vsync is resulting in your FPS being locked to 30.

Are you able to add each other using the In-Game Social Menu, using your codes?
