We’re not able to move progress from one account to another unfortunately. At most we can mirror your Operative’s level and currencies, but this isn’t something we’re doing right now. Please check back in a couple of weeks if this is something you’re interested in.

For players with long loading times, we recommend changing the DNS. On the Xbox this can be done via General Settings → Network Settings → Advanced Settings → DNS Settings - ‘Manual’

The DNS you decide to change to is up to you - there are multiple DNS providers available, such as Google DNS, Cloudflare, and so on. This is purely personal preference.

Our Backend Engineer is actively looking in to this issue, but we understand some players have been able to work around this by changing their DNS.

If you’d like to try changing your DNS, an example DNS is Cloudflare (Set up 1.1.1.1 on Windows · Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 docs) but there are multiple DNS providers available should you prefer to choose another one.
