Apologies for the delay, I’ve shared this with our Launcher Developers for their input and will report back to you.
Apologies for the delay, I’ve shared this with our Launcher Developers for their input and will report back to you.
Any console logs you could share with me, please?
Thank you for the log, I’ve raised this to our database for our Backend Engineers to review. I’m not sure when this will happen unfortunately, so I’m happy to help with a refund should you rather take that option.
That’s interesting! Usually, the Portrait Rendering produces GPU-related crashes, but I understand a lot of your issues have been producing more network-related symptoms. I recommend continuing to play with it disabled, and I will let our developers know about your experience, as it might point us in the right direction.
I apologise nothing came of this, Dagless. I understand you’ve been waiting a long time, and I can either continue to chase this or help you with a refund?
Please use the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ option, which is accessible via the Steam client using the instructions below:
Could you try disabling ‘Portrait Rendering’, and see if there’s any improvement? This can be accessed via ‘Options’ → ‘Interface’.
I’ve had to share this with our developers, and I hope to have a response for you soon.
There is a lot of mod spam in the logs, so it would be particularly helpful if you could play a session with mods disabled, and upload the associated console log.
I apologise I don’t have any solutions for this issue, but we are aware of this issue and it’s being looked in to.
Sorry to see this Khareb. I have refunded the discrepancy for you.
Thank you for the log. It does seem to be truncated unfortunately, which sometimes happens when the Darktide client is killed suddenly, and other times for unknown reasons! Could you try uploading some others, please?
Thank you, I have raised this to our database for investigation. Due to the Swedish vacation period, I’m not sure when somebody will be able to look in to this, so I’m happy to help with a refund should you rather take that option.
I had no way of knowing, as no identifiable information was provided at the time. I am not purposely withholding information.
If you wanted to know the specifics of your ban, I will need the URL to your Steam profile or the entirety of your console log, and I can PM you.
Edit: I was able to pull your Steam ID from your second post, and have sent you a PM.
Have you been able to log back in since? We have not observed any notable downtime, so it may be an unlucky one-time occurrence.
Please could you upload your most recent console logs? I can then share this with our Backend Engineers.
I believe this is driver-related, due to this reference in your crash data:

I recommend uninstalling and proceeding to reinstall your NVIDIA drivers:
Read moreThank you for letting us know. Am I correct in saying you regularly experience either Error Code: 2014, but more recently 2001 and 2006 has become a recurrent issue for you?
Would he be able to upload a console log? I can then share it with our Backend Engineers for their input. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing. This has already been resolved internally and will be included in an upcoming patch.
This is possibly mod-related. If you’d like me to check, please include a crash report here.
