Hi @Exagon,
I believe I replied to your support ticket already, but I’ll reply here also.
The “Just a Flesh Wound” Penance is on our radar, and we are investigating reports of this not always working correctly. We’re on it!
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Thanks @Lord_Hanlon!
I noticed from your support ticket that you stated “Offline”, and I realise this is likely why I was unable to find an account in the backend for you, if you are an Offline only player
Regardless of this, I’ve passed your report and video evidence on to our Console Development team and they are investigating - I’ll update you when I know anything more.
Apologies for the inconvenience in the mean time.
Thanks for the reports! I’ve raised the Access Violation crashes in our database for investigation in case there is an underlying issue.
Unfortunately, Access Violation type crashes can occur for a number of reasons and identifying the cause usually requires a process of elimination. Unfortunately, we’re not able to determine the exact caused based on crash data alone.
I recommend running through our general crash solutions and GPU crash solutions in the following articles:

It’s a shot in the dark, but perhaps performing a clean re-installlation may improve things. Please try this -

I’m having trouble locating your account in the backend. If you can provide me with your PSN id then I can request for one of our Backend Developers to take a look at this. Thanks!
It appears that your Vermintide 2 installation has become corrupted. Please try our solutions for this, here:

We’re currently looking into similar connectivity error reports (primarily SSL and Lost Connection to Host errors). We haven’t uncovered any issues our side yet, but this is still very much under investigation.
It’s a shot in the dark, but in case of a local data issue, you could try a clean re-installation:

Can you please try the following (though please note that doing so will reset your game settings, so any custom settings/keybinds etc. will need to be set up again)

From the logs you’re running into non-descript Access Violation crashes - though it seems with BSOD’s you may have a deeper system issue. Sorry to hear that
It may be worth checking out some potential solutions here, just in case:

If anyone else experiences similar connectivity errors, then please keep the console logs coming as these are greatly helpful for us to look at. Thank you in advance!
Hi @Silveressa,
Sorry to hear that. We’re looking into this - it may be something we can identify and fix our side, or it’s possible to be a GFN issue, in which case we can reach out to them.
Curious, is the issue still occurring now?
Can you please try purchasing it via the bundle as mentioned above. If this doesn’t work still, then there may be a Steam price threshold issue that we’ll need to look at. Please let me know
Hi @Asarin,
Sorry for the delayed reply! As you don’t have an issue using a mobile data connection, it indicates it’s a network/router issue. As Julia mentioned before, it’s possible that the routing between your friend is incompatible. In this situation, I would recommend contacting your ISP and explaining the situation as they would be better suited to help.
Thanks for providing the logs all. I’ve added these to the entry in our database, and we’ll be looking into it.
