Thanks for the reports! I’ve raised the Access Violation crashes in our database for investigation in case there is an underlying issue.

Unfortunately, Access Violation type crashes can occur for a number of reasons and identifying the cause usually requires a process of elimination. Unfortunately, we’re not able to determine the exact caused based on crash data alone.

I recommend running through our general crash solutions and GPU crash solutions in the following articles:

Sorry to hear that. For this crash, it looks like some kind of disconnection happened and the logs are actually cut off so I’m unable to view the actual crash data.

We’re currently looking into similar connectivity error reports (primarily SSL and Lost Connection to Host errors). We haven’t uncovered any issues our side yet, but this is still very much under investigation.

Hi @gargrim,

Can you please try the following (though please note that doing so will reset your game settings, so any custom settings/keybinds etc. will need to be set up again)

  1. Press Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search field and select ‘OK’
  3. Delete the ‘Fatshark’ folder
  4. Launch Darktide (this will recreate the deleted folder)

From the logs you’re running into non-descript Access Violation crashes - though it seems with BSOD’s you may have a deeper system issue. Sorry to hear that :frowning:

Sorry for the delayed reply! As you don’t have an issue using a mobile data connection, it indicates it’s a network/router issue. As Julia mentioned before, it’s possible that the routing between your friend is incompatible. In this situation, I would recommend contacting your ISP and explaining the situation as they would be better suited to help.
