  1. Right-click Darktide in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify the Integrity of Game Files’ button
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam

Can you please try Verifying Integrity of Game Files?

  1. Right-click Darktide in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify the Integrity of Game Files’ button
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam

Failing that, I believe a similar issue occurred during one of the beta tests, and players were able to resolve this after reinstalling Darktide. I appreciate it isn’t ideal, but this may be worth trying.

Hi @jeandeaux,

A backend developer has taken a look at your account in the backend, and has found that none of the Penances that reward Insignias appear to have been completed.

Which Insignias do you believe should have unlocked?

If your Penance menus are showing a Penance as completed with an Insignia reward, could you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?
