If you experience any other crashes, could you please provide additional crash reports or console logs for comparison? Hopefully one won’t be cut off and will contain information of more use :crossed_fingers:

@SilentCynic, looks like you’re running into a GPU-related crash, which is the most common crash type players are experiencing with Darktide currently. I suggest running through our GPU crash solutions here, as you may see some improvement. Though, unfortunately a wider fix is required on our side, which we’re working with our hardware partners to do.

Each log shows that you’re running into a Deadlock type crash - which are difficult to troubleshoot.

Your GPU being below minimum requirements shouldn’t outright prevent you from playing, but it will very likely result in more instability than usual.

Firstly, I recommend ensuring you have the latest Windows updates, BIOS update and GPU drivers installed.

We’re working on many crash fixes and overall stability improvements. In the mean time, I suggest running through our general crash solutions, and checking after our next hotfix whether you still run into similar crashes.

It looks like your installation is missing files or has become corrupted.

Please try Verifying Integrity of Game Files:

  1. Right-click Darktide in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ button
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam
