The logs show your friend is encountering a non-descript Access Violation
crash. Though unfortunately there aren’t any clear indicators as to why.
They can occur for a number of reasons and identifying the cause usually requires a process of elimination.
I recommend for your friend to try running through our general crash solutions here:

The weapon blueprints and illusions are added to your inventory upon purchase. The weapons must be crafted though
