100% sure, yeah! It's very strange - PS Store says that it was added in 2020, but the last time I played was in 2019. Very confusing haha
On PS4, due to some weirdness, the Taurox was somehow associated with another of the DLCs (I forget which) so owners of the DLC got the hat in a specific game update.
