Like I said, the freezing issue has already been reported.

Still, I want to understand how you were able to see the "place siege" dialogue, because that should not be possible in the first place. Thank you.

Did the sector get a shield while you were on the map? It is not even a landing zone sector, therefore you shouldn't be able to attack it at all. Did you own an adjacent sector before?

Sorry I am not sure what exactly you mean, because your description is a bit unclear to me. A video would help.

There is a problem with GvG freezing since late june, but I don't know if you mean that or a new issue.  

I am unable to reproduce this. How did you access the window?  

I am only able to reproduce this when aborting at least 10 quests.
The quest slot vanishes and I cannot interact with the quest window anymore for a few seconds. Then everything is fine again.

The other possibility would be to deactivate the notifications for the page in the browser. This option should be available via clicking the lock icon:
 

I am unable to reproduce this, can you share a bit more information? Does this happen right away after you refreshed the game?

The issue has been resolved. Please let us know if it occurs again.  

We'll let you know which version is required to play the event.
This is not a bug, though. The event start on mobile is always a bit delayed.
