Did you hard delete? If not then it might be in your recycle bin unless you've emptied it or have the empty process automated.

I appreciate you taking that into consideration. The worst that will happen on days where I am actually out having a weekend/holiday/sickday is that I will respond late.

This is how most uninstalls work for most games. Player profile data is often left intact in the event of a reinstall.

It would be nice if people tried the suggestions I offered so that I could pass on those findings to our team. Glad it worked for you.

I'm not ATVIAssist but I did tag them. I also wasn't "pretty skeptical" about the situation. I took what I know (If one account can connect but others can't from the same machine on the same installation, then the profile in question may have something local preventing it from connecting) and shared a possible solution to attempt. I then didn't hear back from you.

It looks like an issue on our side from sure now. I was aware of Modern Warfare related items but was not aware of any for us. Let me know if you still can't connect.

Edit: Looks like this was a server related issue with the responses across multiple platforms and per this thread. Let me know if you can't connect still.

If you're able to connect with the same installation but a different profile then it might be something in your players folder limiting access. Consider backing it up to a different location and then deleting it from your install location. YMMV.
