I’ve reproduced this issue and confirmed the problem is with Fear. Thanks for the report!

I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue exactly, but I might have found something. Could you post your Volatile Reversal tree, and post your log file if anything like that happens again?
Thanks for the report.
There aren’t any Idols that only drop while playing a certain mastery.
As for the original topic, we aren’t planning any changes to Idols right now but that doesn’t mean we won’t make changes. We welcome feedback on the system, like any other system.
This is a known bug with holding down ctrl (or having auto compare on). Thanks for the report!
This is a known bug. Sorry about that!
Typically multiple projectiles from a single cast of a skill can’t hit the same target multiple times. As such, I believe this is working as intended. I don’t think that stance is said explicitly in game, and I’m not certain on the best place to put it.
On most things there’s a slight range to how much damage is dealt. Llama8 is correct in saying that Retribution scales with added melee physical damage and has little base damage, so it’s possible to end up in situations where it essentially does no damage. I’d recommend looking at your gear and passives, and you can post screenshots if you think something is wrong.
This is actually a bug that’s specific to enemies created via the “Summons a Twin at Half Health” monster mod. We haven’t worked on a fix yet, but it’s known. Thanks for the report!
I can’t reproduce this issue. Could you post a screenshot of your Rive skill tree, and ideally a clip of you using the skill in game? Does this happen with any other weapon, including other 2H Axes? Thanks.
Seems like this is an issue with any Instant Cast skill, not just Healing Wind, and it doesn’t have to be on the Charge slot. Instant Cast skills can be cast during other skills, so what happens is you’re able to cast Healing Wind while you’re in the middle of transforming. Then, if you keep holding down the key, you’ll use Charge.
Thanks for the report.
I’ve tried to reproduce this issue, but I haven’t been able to unfortunately. When I tested I was holding down Right Click to use Vengeance, then I held down R to use Forge Strike until I ran out of mana, then I released the R key (while still holding Right Click). Is that what you did?
Could you try to re-create the problem outside of combat, like in the End of Time? I’m wondering if the problem is related to you taking damage or some other effect that happens on hit.
I’ve confirmed that the leech is working in this scenario. As Llama8 mentioned, leech can just be hard to see in some situations, particularly if you have a lot of health regen already.
If you’re getting a different error could you please post it? Uploading your log file would help as well. Sorry about the hassle!
I’m in the US, so I was neither on the forum or working this weekend
I do understand it’s frustrating to be unable to play and go a few days without responses. The log file you provided does line up with other people that have reported similar issues on Nvidia graphics cards. The Fallback handler could not load library
messages are benign.
We have a potential solution that we’re looking to implement. I’m working with developers on this issue but there are some other high priority tasks that came up internally. At this point it will be included in 0.7.9, rather than another hotfix update to 0.7.8.
0.7.8f fixed the main bug that was affecting AMD users, so any further reports of issues on AMD graphics cards should be treated as a different bug.
Anyone that is having crashing issues should check the known issues thread and make a new post in technical ...

This is a known bug-- thanks for the report.
Hi,
Are you referring to this bug or did something else happen? We haven’t implemented a fix for that in a public release yet, but it’s on our radar.
This is a known bug. Thanks for the report!
@BladeAndShadow Could you post a screenshot of that, since you’re in a different zone? Typically we need to fix this kind of issue on a case-by-case basis. Thanks!
Thanks for the detailed report! I’ve confirmed this and made a note of it internally.
