Sorry about this! We’re looking into these crash reports. Unfortunately, I don’t have any recommendations to make at this point. Some of the most frequent crashes do appear to be specific to AMD graphics cards, but that isn’t the only crash happening.

Sorry about this! We’re always working on performance, so expect this to improve. Currently the biggest performance impacts are resolution and Shadows, but I understand that you expect to be able to run the game at higher settings.

Performance seems to vary from person to person as well.

This is a known bug with some particular nodes on Sigils of Hope. We’re working on a fix, but restarting the game should resolve this. Sorry about that!

Apologies for the slow response here. 0.7.7 is an old version of the game-- could you please try updating? I assume you’re on the Standalone client, in which case you need to make sure you start the game with “Launcher.exe” and not “Last Epoch.exe”.

If the problem persists, please provide your log file and we’ll take a look.

Sorry about this, and the slow response! Are you using your own Steam account now? If his Steam account is still being used, it will always default to his Last Epoch account. Characters are backed up to and downloaded from the Steam Cloud, so the Steam account you’re logged into will affect the characters you have.

EDIT:
There was an issue with the initial release where Meteor’s visual indicator was missing a texture. This has since been corrected, but you’ll need to download another update if you already have the patch installed.

If you experienced a problem with save data (characters and items) during 0.7.8 and this update does not fix them, please contact support with a .zip of your saves and a description of the problem.

Skills

Aura of Decay

  • Now applies poison to enemies 4 times a second (from 3).
  • No longer grants 50% increased poison damage while active.
  • The Seeping Wounds node grants 12% bleed chance per second (from 8%).

Black Hole

  • Increased duration by 10%.
  • Now deals damage more frequently, but deals somewhat less damage each time. This will make its damage more consistent.
  • Now fades out when the skill ends.

Bone Golem

  • Bone Golems (and their variants) deal 15% more damage and pull aggro from 6% further away. This affects the range at which enemies decide to attack the Golem over other targets, not the range at which they decide to enter combat.

Flame Ward

  • Fixed a bug where it gave 10 ward regen by default in addition to its other effects.
  • Now grants 400 ward on use (from 300).

Could you clarify what node you’re talking about? I can see the Crimson Horror node on Sacrifice, but I don’t see a Blood Rivers node on Sacrifice or any of the Passive trees.

I’ve just tested this, and all types of Mages can use the Mortar ability. However, any Mages that were summoned before you took the Undead Mortars node will not be able to use it, meaning you’ll have to summon new Mages.

One of our developers confirmed this is working on our discord server:

Trasochi: It works, but the numbers aren’t reflected in the character sheet for performance reasons (the actual amount is only calculated when you use an ability rather than every frame or whenever your health changes).

Krumkai: are you sure it’s working? I didn’t see much different in dps with 100% hp and 30% hp

Trasochi: It’s additive with other increases. For example if you have 500% increased damage from other sources, it’ll just be going from 530% to 600%, so you’d only be dealing around 11% more damage at full health than you would at 30% health.
