Just to provide an update: A fix for this issue is currently in progress. It didn’t make it into the 2.3 initial Testlive release, but is currently listed as one of the known issues.

We’ll release a post in the near future with the exact locations that will be affected by the new camps, how the new settings will affect any existing buildings, as well as any terrain changes that could affect current buildings. We want to release this in advance and give enough time so people can prepare for it before it goes live.

They are kept intentionally vague. They can be found around Siptah, partaking in any of the new or revised activities, as exploration rewards and so on.
We want you all to go out, explore and participate in what’s new on Siptah.

If still in need of more precise information, we’re sure our wiki masterminds will get that information on paper soon, or any of our content creators will have a highlight of the new stuff for those of you who don’t mind the spoilers (we heard there’s a camps location highlight video already out, by @Pixelcave :slight_smile:...

Currently Known Issues

  • Rescuing thralls from cages has been disabled in the initial build release. This is a work in progress feature and we’ll re-enable it during the Testlive period once it is ready.
  • Leyshrine braziers will appear doubled if loading a database from a previous version.
  • NPCs that chase players on modded servers may fall under the ground and teleport to 0,0,0 under certain circumstances. There is a fix currently in progress for this issue.
  • Large portions of text on new items and lore might be missing in this initial build. This will be corrected during the Testlive period for this update.
  • The new 2.3 camps have building block areas smaller than intended, which can prevent NPCs from respawning.

  • Removed the following line: Reworked spiders to be worthier opponents, with new AI and attack patterns and new animations and FX to match. Not included in this patch.
  • Added the following line: New rewards have been added to the Library of Esoteric Artifacts on the Exiled Lands. Missing from patchnotes.

10/02/21 9:10PM:

  • Fixed typo in date of modification of removed line. Reason: need more coffee.
