I know endgame is mostly PvP, but we don't mind! We had a blast getting sidetracked during the campaign breeding perfect tems and TV training, often splitting up solo for that and still having fun. He'd catch every Tateru during stamina training and hand me off the good ones for my Momo breeding, and I'd do the same for him.

The amount of content we got in those hours were more than worth the price of admission, in our experience. We laughed through dialogues, adjust our builds to each other, roll our eyes and scream at the TV over the stupid Koish fishing event, and basically had a blast. That's not counting the hours we spent researching combat and pvp, building teams online and talking about the game.

We're now excited to get into the endgame content and really focus on building tems we love. Definitely a wonderful game to spend time with a loved one.

this was very sweet to read <3 glad you two have enjoyed it this way!

Hi Tsukki, I am contacting you regarding the code I got from the physical version of the game on Switch. It’s not working on the Nintendo e shop, I have an error message saying that the article is not available. It’s been since the release, I though it would get updated but still nothing. I saw you handled kind of similar issue so I am wondering if you could help me ? :) Thank you, Isaac

Hi! In all these cases, the issue was always that the region for the physical copy and the region on the Switch/eShop don't align. Try changing your Switch region to match that of the copy you purchased :)

Just remove the damn fishing requirement, nobody wants to fish for 5 hours to do the pinnacle battles.

I can’t make those decisions. Like I said, we’re processing the feedback.

Considering the posts dating back way before this game officially released saying how people with colour blindness are having trouble here, I can't really argue this, especially with seemingly no response from a dev every time.

We usually process feedback internally and only openly comment on it when we have something to show for it, or a decision has been made. We also have internal priorities, and we can't always share them with you, nor do they always align with yours. Koish fishing was optional up until 1.0, so it wasn't as much of a priority then, and we wanted to launch before we tackled accessibility.

We're aware of this feedback, but it's only been a month since it was implemented, and these things take time. Please be patient and don't assume we don't care: given how many things have been changed in Temtem due to community feedback I think that's already been proven not to be the case, and it makes it really hard for us to step into the conversation.

I bought Temtem when it was in beta like 2 years ago, on Steam. If I want to play cross save on ps5, do I have to purchase Temtem plus ? My gf purchased the ps5 version on her profile. Atm it looks like I can create a new game but cross save is locked.

Thanks !

yeas, if you're game-sharing from her version you'll need Temtem plus to cross-progress!

Not yet, we're working on it, sorry! It should happen in the next patch.

While I heavily disagree with the wording in this guys post, it does bring up an interesting point that I hadn't considered.

How exactly does temtem work if you buy the game as a second hand physical copy? Surely the temtem+ that comes with the original purchase only works once, meaning the person who got it second hand then needs to go and buy temtem plus to get the rest of the games features

Correct. Temtem, as an MMO where your account is associated with your console profile, doesn't lend itself to second hand buying and selling. It would only be resellable as a campaign-only game, so it's something we heavily discourage for both sides. It's an MMO, I personally wouldn't try to buy it second hand.

No, in fact we couldn't. Account sharing are platform-specific and none of the platform holders would remove the feature for us alone. We tried to explore that possibility and it wasn't doable.

We aren't removing any feature with it because if you purchase the game you get Temtem+ by default, included, in any platform, physical or digital version. Only people who had not previously purchased the game need to purchase Temtem+, and even then, it's cheaper than buying another copy of the game.

That's actually great news. I couldn't find a way to open a support ticket when I last tried to. Is there a separate system for this or is it done through the forums as well?

Just sending a mail to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) :) Although if your query is about a bug they'll redirect you to the forums haha

To be entirely fair, customer service within a week is kind of expected when it comes to any product. Hell, a ticket system would be great too, instead of having to sign up to a forum.

It's a very ass backwards system and I don't blame people for being frustrated.

The support team works on a ticket system and would normally get back to you in under a week. This is a bug, and bugs have different timing and go thru a different avenue because it's a different team.
