Pick a location a make it the primary point of contact. It grinds my gears that the expectation of Jagex seems to be that everyone has to be on every social media platform and in every chat to catch something someone might say. Fixing this scattershot approach might help with the perception of the poor state of communication. You never know.

The major contributing factor to the above is the lack of direction. Closely followed by the exodus of JMods from RS3 to OSRS. Now the lack of forward projections for content is likely to translate into an actual total lack of content in the coming months.

It'd be easier if everyone congregated in one space, but there's no accounting for taste these days so we just have to be everywhere! I make a concerted effort to include Reddit, Discord and Twitter in any communication we plan to do with players as that's where the majority of our players congregate and I'd rather hit all three than, say, stick to Twitter and force everyone to make an account over there to participate.
As for other Jmods (namely ones whose jobs don't ask them to be actively communicating with the community, but rather do so of their own volition and because they want to hear from players and get opinions, feedback and have constructive conversations) - they stick to platforms they feel particularly comfortable with.

Hello all - we've got an update on those of you on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 devices!
We will be hoping to release an update by the end of this week to address crashing issues for Android devices so you should be able to enjoy Double XP in peace! For those of you on iOS, we've rolled out an update today that should resolve crashes on those devices too.
We'll be continuing to monitor feedback on this with the aim that we may need to address another update on this later this month, but we're very excited to get the Android side of this fix deployed very soon. Thanks again for your patience on this one, and enjoy Double XP!

So you would prefer content that doesn't change any graphical aspects of the game, have achievements or provide skilling methods - just bosses and clan updates? To be clear, high level PvM is very intensive and the skill required to do it is very admirable, but it's also not for everyone. Skilling might not be your cuppa tea but it's absolutely a crucial part of what makes RuneScape... well, RuneScape! Just like Questing, or having achievements to pursue and striving to maintain true completionist status.
I don't disagree with what you're saying here but I also don't want the game to become a purely PvM game where skills never get improvements, new methods or rewards and areas never get graphical updates. Bring magic, melee and ranged back to BE EQUAL with necromancy. None of this meta crap. The combat beta at this time still is broken and needs tons of work. You also need to work on communication.

We're investigating issues affecting the S24 phones and other phones with Snapdragon processors. We're hoping to have a fix rolled out for this soon. Will the Jagex RS3 staff find the competency to update their own game properly this time and include the valentines sprites that were supposed to be there about a week ago? And what happens with the time that was lost, sweep it under the carpet like the news post? Radio silence on expanding the time this should be up due to the internal failings of this company?
How does this even happen? Seriously. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is the RS3 team running when they fail to apply seasonal events. Is this where we're at now? There is nobody there that knows what they're doing anymore?
Do I hold off on membership until I actually see DXP applied since the reality of the game is that what is planned is not explicitly what will happen (unless it's treasure hunter, they will always fix THAT asap), as this game seems to be run by incompetents.
Good news, after we investigated the issue, sprites will be arriving in game today - Rosie will also be looking her best in Burthorpe offering a batch of Heartments and a gift box to help you catch up too!
