I'd like to give a shout of gratitude to you for doing an amazing job as our (not-so-new anymore) community manager. I can't tell how much is your work, or how much is concidence; but ever since you started I have noticed a huge turn of how much the players' opinions and ideas get moved into actual dev time rather than just seeing and (sometimes) agreeing.
Seeing all these very honest conversations about why something can't be done - whether it be for a money reason, or time restraint, or multi-department scheduling etc, it's great to hear a human talking and be able to understand that you all work in a company that has its own goals to reach while trying to please the players.
In the same vein, I see a lot of time put aside to focus on what we dislike most, and how to fix it. Things like the community hitlist is a massive improvement and I end up looking forward to those patch weeks more so than big content updates. It's very reminiscent of the pure ninja...
