Phew, a second post about me in a day, you guys are going to make me big-headed! I'm very lucky to have a wonderful Community team around me who help make stressful days a lot easier, and a team who are so receptive and open to feedback. I know that we've had a very intense few months but the team have been great and we're taking so many learnings forwards for how we approach things.

I'm always doing my best to represent the players and your feedback at every stage and sometimes it works great, and sometimes it doesn't work as great, but I can't be discouraged because then we're all worse off for it. Runescape is amazing, and I love the feeling of community everywhere it lives, here, Discord, in-game, wherever. It's upsetting if it ever comes across as insincere, or facetious, because it's anything but. I'm the same as any other member of the Runescape team, I put my whole heart into this job and care deeply about it. My sleep pattern wishes I didn't care as much as I do, ...

This is a very lovely post to read, after a very intense few weeks... months? How long have I been here? What year is it?! But I'm extremely grateful for the kind, considerate, open-minded and constructive responses I get from the community here, and everywhere else too! I love being able to approach every conversation knowing that I have a lot to learn, and feel like I come away from (almost all) conversations better for having them.

The hotfix that's just gone out means you'll be getting 25 H'oddments for every pumpkin you smash, and 1,000 H'oddments the first time you next log in - should speed things up for you!

Hello! We've spoken as a team about this today and we have some ideas on how to address the feedback we've received.

Right now the team are doing some calculations - we're going to take a look at the data overnight (in before anyone posts "sit and assess"!) and we're hoping to update players tomorrow with the full details of our direction.

I appreciate everyone's patience with this, and I'm hoping we can share the details tomorrow once we've got everything figured out.

Hey! Mod Blkwitch and the team have been investigating the lighting engine washing out colours, like your example provided above - we're hoping we can roll out a fix for this at some point soon!

Yep, Ironmen get H'oddments in lieu of Sweet Enhancers as well as rewards from Smashing Pumpkins and helping Pete with the Daily Rituals instead of some of the rewards on those tables.
