Well, we thought we'd ask all the same as they're all within the scope of the time the artists have - I hope we can do more polls too! I'll keep trying to squeeze more opportunities to embed player voice into decisions like these when I can!

If it takes the top spot, I expect to see you there 24/7!

I checked in on implementing this as a poll in-game, but we wouldn't be able to provide the illustrative asset to showcase what we mean by each area here, and implementing the poll would add a lot of time (at least a week) to this process. Instead, we polled on every other possible platform, and then that extra time can be spent actually working on the area! I want to do more polls, but the system needs work. I'm not sure on the website's polling system, though. Maybe I can do some digging on that one.

It's on every platform we can host a poll on - Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, even Emails! Implementing an in-game poll would add at least a week, if not more, to the process of getting this question out to players and we wanted to give players the opportunity to cast their vote on this so we can more quickly direct the artists on where they should be looking.

Update: Granny Rowan is back to her usual self, and the "Prepare Potions" option has been re-enabled!

The team have had a little investigation (thank you for getting in touch) and we've found out that it's something to do with our provider for those servers, and how your ISP connects to those.

We've raised a ticket to our server provider, about your ISP and the issues there, but we'd also advise you to reach out to your ISP as well. Seems like there may be an outage somewhere in the chain between the server and your ISP which may be causing the impact to performance, so we've flagged it to them and hopefully they can get it fixed overnight for you!
