The aim is to have the Daily Challenges returned with their previous rewards as they were, yes. Would like to have a more open, longer discussion with Ironmen around things like daily events and how IM interact with them with potentiall a poll of some sort to help guide that conversation (but not today please, I need a lie down!).
Give Doom a raise or bonus or something for this. Very important to communicate the sentiment, content, and scale of player feedback to Jagex internally. Thanks for advocating for us!

Those were cancelled this week because of hero pass, and necro still needs weeks of fixes.
I can indeed - Monday may or may not have quite a few Necromancy patches. Who can say? The future is a mystery to us all...

Not at all - I want to go dig up Kilsa's list of items now, and I agree with the feedback around daily caps. Not all RuneScape players spacebar through everything!
its just adding <b>'s and <p's> and <html/> <image> links pre and after sir, you could get the hang of it pretty quick.

Going to be honest here and say I was very sceptical about Mod Doom when he was first introduced and he said "I'm playing RS and running around the gnome course with my silverhawk boots" and added "I'm 30 agility".
I was like no way this guy will ever understand the player base in the ways its needed to get the message to Jagex team. To my surprise Mod Doom has very quickly learnt how much the player base loves the game and how they communicate. Doom is very much like Shauny was to our community. Very lovely person who wants to know what this game is about and to make it better for its players.

Mod Pips mentioned this during the OSRS 10th Anniversary Stream back in February this year that team leads are looking into the possibility of bringing it back in 2024, but that's all we know - I know as much as you do!
I'd love to be able to attend one - Watching the video from 2019's RuneFest made it seem like such an awesome experience, so I would love to be able to be part of something like that!
Hard to believe that War's Retreat didn't exist. I wonder how many collective hours have been spent there across all RuneScape players in the years since?

Yup, named after Ellen Ripley! We agreed if we got a ginger cat it'd be Jonesy and their collar would say "Ship's Cat" but we rescued Ripley and so her collar says "Warrant Officer".

Not quite 99 Defence yet, but getting there. Sometimes folks say things that hurt, true. But I know that the reason deep down is one of true care. I know that we (as players) care so deeply for RuneScape. I do too!
That top newspost has been 'stickied' by our Community Management team, so nothing to fix. Other than maybe adding an icon to show its stickied.
I'll give them a nudge and see if the most recent is what should be there.
Edit: Turns out the sticky wasn't the one they wanted and this slipped by while they've been busy this week. They've updated it now.

As you understand, a great many of us are rightfully upset about hero pass, but I apologize for myself for being rude to you and for some of the more choice things I said in private. I do understand it now better that you're doing what you can with what you're allowed to say/do.
