The bug itself has been "fixed" but it happened to me in a different way a couple days ago... It's sad that you cant see it in your direct messages though because I typed it all out there!

Does Jagex have a stance on these 3D printed characters from rune apps? People without the skills to fix up their player character have been asking others to do it and are happy to pay for it.
Would be nice to know we're not going to get sued for it.
As long as it's not for commercial gain (ie selling it / commissions), you should be fine.
When it becomes for commercial gain, that's when it becomes problematic. If you are unsure, the [email protected] email address should be able to help.

I had TestFlight downloaded it was while downloading the rs client
Ah okay - I would guess that there were so many people trying to access at the same time, that TestFlight had to readjust.

Sorry to hear that. Is this the TestFlight app? We've mentioned in previous comms to pre-download TestFlight before the wave opens to prevent this issue.

Surely you must have expected there was huge demand for this? Only releasing 1000 spots - even after shafting over people who have been on the waiting list for years, let alone premier players. Bit of a slap in the face to be honest.
There were 1,000 in the initial batch - we have a total of 9,900 for players (reserving 100 for testing and as a contingency), to be shared over the course of the next few weeks.

I've answered a lot of responses over on this thread, but we'll be reviewing the quality of those taking part in the beta (early indications last night was that there was a lot of feedback, which is always a good sign for legitimate accounts) and also the format of the beta entry. There are technical hurdles from a TestFlight point of view, but we'll take a look at feedback and see if there's anything we're able to do differently.
We want to get as many of you in the beta as possible - we know it's been a long wait, and we know the frustrations those who are unsucce...

You should know i cant take even “we’re aiming for later this year.” Seriously when its been three years of waiting with very little to show. Believe me i hope this goes well too, because i dropped this game around the time solak came out and id honestly like to hop in again and get my completionist cape back too. I really just want to see results.
Absolutely fair enough. I think this process has taken longer than anyone initially thought. Hopefully we can repay that faith - and also provide an end product that we're all proud of.
Hi JD, not to pressure you into giving any answers but looking at how fast slots will be taken for the iOS beta, do you know and can you tell what the target is for a full launch?
I can't answer that right now unfortunately - a lot depends on the performance and how you guys enjoy the beta. We're aiming for later this year, but that'll depend on the what I just mentioned.
Great to hear we may get another chance this week. When you post 24hrs in advance, can it get posted everywhere? Main page, reddit, and twitter?
Absolutely. Plan is to firehose it as soon as we know.
Will they be released at the same time? Or will it be staggered to allow for different time zones?
We'll be reviewing, but we'd like to make it as fair as possible. Limitation our end is to make it within UK working hours, but I'd like to be able to do future waves at differing time zones.
