I think you need to be pun-ished, personally. A devotion to puns is quite a pun-dertaking, and I'm not sure you have the expunentionally necessary dedication, and are therefore punaware of the (I'm sure) punintentionally negative effect those puns are having on this thread.

I think you need to read up. Upun that happuning, you'll punderstand what it means to be a punderful pun-writer.

Hello everyone,

This thread is for us to be able to gain information from those who have been struggling to get into-game after today's update. We're at the stage where we'd expect players to not experience issues logging in, so we'd like to know:

  • Where you're logging in from
  • Exact issue you're having (have you been able to download the cache, are you struggling to log in, etc.)
  • How long this has been an issue
  • PC or Mobile

Thank you - we can appreciate this is frustrating, but we'll try to help where we can.

Hey - sorry to hear you're still having issues.

Have you tried clearing and redownloading your cache? It may or may not help, but we're seeing lesser volumes on the log-in servers now than earlier on today and it may be smoother now.

EDIT: made a thread to centralise discussion and find out what specific issues players are experiencing. Please head there and let us know your information and we'll try to help!
