Hey - apologies, we've been trying to respond where we can; after the initial pressure on the servers it looked like players were increasingly able to get in, so we were holding fire as it looked like things had been solved. We're working on an amendment to the newspost now to reflect players are still experiencing issues.

Hey, sorry to hear you're still having issues. All the asset servers have been back online for a while, and we've been seeing players gradually come back into game. I can't really give an ETA, but if you keep trying you should get in eventually. They're under less pressure now.

Hey; sorry you're experiencing issues. Our asset servers have had a lot added to them over the past week or so, so they're not as quick as we'd like them to have been.

We are seeing players gradually gain access, so please keep trying - and thanks for your patience. You may see some assets in-game load a little slower than usual whilst we get everyone in-game.

The asset servers have taken a lot of load, from both the amount of content that's been put into them, as well as players trying to gain access. They've been rebooted, and we're seeing players gradually being able to gain access, but it is a bit slower than we'd like.

Some of our asset servers took a little longer than usual to get to fighting fitness. We're hoping this is resolved now, though you may see that some actions are a little slower than usual to start with.

Hey guys, thanks for your patience. Please give it a few minutes, reload your client and you should be all good!

UPDATE 1: as this is a super-large update, it may take a little longer than usual to get in. Please keep trying though!

UPDATE 2: you should be able to get in-game now by restarting your client. Please be aware that some things may take a little longer to load than usual at this stage, but we hope that will even itself out over the course of the day.

UPDATE 3: the asset servers have been rebooted, and players are gradually regaining access. Please keep trying if you can!

Hey guys. We're on for a 10am Game Time release; unfortunately the clocks going forward for Daylight Savings has put the timer an hour out (we've removed it as of now).

Whilst we'd have loved it to have been, the timer was unlikely to be 100% accurate to the minute anyway.

Thanks for letting us know. It's been escalated, and players should be able to get back in game now.

I've updated the newspost with the latest information.

It may mean that world-hopping is slightly more arduous than normal, but hopefully you guys shouldn't see issues with logging in.
