Hey all - apologies, from what I can tell the wrong banner was added to the store and we're fixing it now - it should indicate the sale now.

Just to confirm: this will finish at 23:59 on Monday night (17th).

Hi everyone - we are working on the bug above - it has taken us a little longer than hoped to fix though, I'm afraid.

I did gather this though from one of our Art team that has been fixed - it's a smaller fix that may impact some who were seeing the issue:

Fixed issue where per map square cubemaps blended incorrectly resulting in a 1 to 2 second appearance of high reflection on some assets and characters. This issue has been resolved and reflection transitions between map squares appears correct.

As of now I see a discount at the 1-month subscription. Do I still need to contact the support team?

If you see it now, that should be fine!

Hey - apologies for this. I hold my hand up.

These were questions taken from the 19th birthday QuizKit stream on January 7th, and the World Event one was flagged during the stream - I'd forgotten that and passed them straight on to our email team without letting them know.

I have to admit, I'd grabbed some of the answers from the Wiki's 'years' pages with all the updates on them, and must have missed World Event 1 being in 2013, and looking at my notes, I'd missed Pest Control for the minigames question.

I'll ask if we can edit the answers.

Minus the errors, can I ask if this kind of thing you find enjoyable to do in our newsletters? If so I'll let the email team know and we'll do more of these (hopefully with the correct answers this time!)

EDIT: answers are fixed and we've changed the WE question.

So, just to confirm, the people with screenshots of max stacks of items did actually fake it?

Nothing in our analytics would indicate it - however I would encourage anyone who has genuinely experienced it to let us know and submit a Lost Items ticket.

Whew, so no big deal. I guess the people with screenshots of max stack runes and such were faked?

We don't have any evidence our side to indicate an influx of runes to that level - from our analytics those items looked like they would on any other day.

If anyone is concerned though, I would say to submit a support ticket and we can investigate.

(Please don't ask me to elaborate any more on the intricacies of this - there's a reason I work in CM and not QA!)

Thank you everyone who has shared their stories with us over the past few hours. It's been a bit of a whirlwind!

After a lengthy investigation, we've successfully identified and fixed the issue at around 3.20pm GMT - it was a two-level bug that involved an item being dropped to the ground when being deposited and that items would be dropped to the ground when depositing them whilst also moving another item into that slot - making it appear that the player's item has switched from one to the other. In the example here, the perception was that the spirit weed seeds turned into Cosmic Runes. What actually happened was that the ...
