Hey all, we hear you and we’ve definitely been working hard to be more active in the forums and the Discord to provide you with the information we can share. We also know that responding to each thread individually may not be the best place to spread awareness so we’re trying some different things like creating that Dev corner for more complete information about different aspects of the game. We’re currently working on plans to implement a better bug tracker that would hopefully be better than drowning in Bugs and Exploits trying to find the information you’re looking for.
In the meantime, we are heavily utilizing the Official News section to spread information and you can keep updated with our replies in the Dev tracker. We know we have a ways to go but I appreciate that our work is making improvements.
Appreciate the positive comments here! Trevzor, Mugsy, and I have been working hard to be more active in communications + provide as much information as we can and I’m glad to hear that it’s paying off. We’ll continue being active on the forums and develop better communication processes to ensure that everyone is in the know.

Update: From what I’ve been told, this is actually intended behaviour but double-checking.
Update 2: Yup, intended behaviour
Unfortunately, there are still players out there who haven’t had the opportunity to use their one free transfer token and we want to allow everyone the fair chance to transfer to their server of choice. Once the issue blocking them from transferring has been fixed and everyone has had the opportunity to transfer, then the team will start looking into this.
Unfortunately I don’t have an answer for you right now. The team is currently working to ensure that server transfers are available for everyone to use since there is still an issue preventing players from even using the first token they were given. Once we have hammered out all of the server transfer issues, I would imagine then they would start looking into that.

Last night, we made some changes to allow players who were blocked from transferring due to active or stuck contracts. At your leisure, please try transferring servers again. If you’re unable to transfer, please make sure you don’t have any existing contracts in the trading post.
