Do you have a screenshot of the problem?
After starting ModStation appears in the active process of the Task Manager?

Do you have any games installed from the WGC?
After removing WGC, does ModStation start?

client version 0.10.7 includes the following changes:

Build Ub1 expressions from xml to swf, a new build utility is available at the link of versioned files for modders.


Airplane files for all ships became available in ContentSDK.

This issue is known and has been fixed. The fix will come in version 10.7.
