in patch 10.10 there were changes for Ub1 mods, namely, calling the controller in the layout. The controller name is now written as a string.

You should install the public test client in Steam and uninstall WGC, or install the WOWS game client in WGC and log in.

Please run the ModStation application and check if it appears in the task manager, also check if the application appears on the taskbar.
