A couple of things to address here:
- ban duration rises as they accumulate more bans. Someone who received their first ban may be back to playing as quick as the next day
- We currently do large batches of bans! If you reported on Monday, they might not receive a ban until Tuesday. While we're working on more immediate solutions, our batch ban method has allowed us to catch far more offenders than we did previously!
- You don't always receive a notification for Unsportsmanlike Conduct bans due to your reports. However, should the player meet a couple of different requirements, they do get banned. The feedback reports are something we're aware that players highly value and is something we would like to explore implementing in increased frequency.

We've identified the issue and are working on a fix, which, if all goes well, would put this fix in the next update. If that changes we'll be sure to update accordingly

Being able to change the paint finishes makes for some really neat designs with the Dominus Fancy Formal and I would love that to be available on the Octane one too!

I've mentioned it before, but it's on our radar for us to provide feedback popups for more than just chat reports.

Is there a point in reporting anything other than chat offenses? Why are the other options there?

Only bans that are handed out are chat bans

We regularly perform waves of bans for various offenses other than chat offenses. Generally, when we do, some of those players come to the subreddit and post about it, but those posts are largely deleted.
