I know plenty of folks have said it already but in case some new folks see it here: For smurfing, use Match Throwing or Griefing.
Frankly, getting any report at ALL is important to us as it helps refine our processes, but Match Throwing or Griefing is the correct category.

And that's understandable. Providing more of these for different report reasons is/has been a subject of conversation. I don't have much info to give there but at least let me acknowledge that we're aware of players' wants in that area.
