Psyonix and Epic actually made a big announcement that they changed RL into this so it is easier to get into, saves up resources for servers for example and more people will probably play it as the matches are much much shorter.
Controls became way simpler too.

They wouldn't wanna split the playerbase by making two "casual" modes I think.
So this is exactly where the issue lies.
When creating more playlists, the playerbase is split, which in turn creates lower quality of matchmaking.

We are currently banning people for being intentionally idle. Those who are banned will see a ban for "Unsportmanlike Conduct"

For now, report under the category of "Match Throwing or Griefing". Getting the report at all is what really matters on our end
