Hi folks,

This was due to a timing issue with when the new data for the patch went out and when the offers to support that data were pushed. This timing snafu should be resolved in the next patch.

In the meantime, if you restart your client you should now be able to claim the offer. Please give a holler if that's not the case!

You are correct! Restarting your client should put you in a happy place. We had a timing hiccup that should be resolved next patch!
