We are closely monitoring queue times along with server stability which is a priority for us. Along with increasing server caps, we’ve opened up additional servers. We’re encouraging players to use the transfer tokens they have along with opening fresh start servers in a few weeks. While queues can be extremely frustrating, we are trying to finely balance numbers so servers remain populated in the weeks to come.

It SEEMS to not be a problem when you’re moving. Soooo… don’t stand still. Ever.

Because we wanted to make sure we had time to take care of anything that needed our attention before launching another big project of fresh servers.

Hey there! A few of the queue threads got pretty toxic last night and were flagged for removal. Your post was most likely caught up in that and not specifically for the topic of the thread.

Server cap is something we are monitoring closely to ensure both an active and bustling world while also make sure things remain stable. At this time there are no plans to adjust server caps.

You’ll need to complete the faction quest line before you can switch to a different one.

We are aware of this problem and taking it very seriously. Apologies to the frustration as that is absolutely not our intention.

The team has finally been able to recreate this problem and are looking deeper into it!

We have currently increased limits on servers along with opening more servers. The stability of the servers are our number one concern. Numbers are currently fluctuating wildly between servers and over time will balance out. We are also opening fresh start servers soon.

If your old server is gone or pre Feb 14th, you must select one of the available servers.

It is currently not functioning as intended and none are dropping, apologies for this! The team is now aware and investigating the issue!

Appreciate the heads up! This is a current known issue and something the team is looking into. We apologize for the headache it causes!

It’s a hard balance to keep as when we opened more servers in the past, servers then became ghost towns. The devs are watching things closely and giving it a moment to even out, especially as we are planning on opening fresh start servers soon.

Sometimes Steam needs a complete restart after they push one of their updates (every Tuesday)
