We're posting to let you know that we’ve begun to deploy a maintenance patch on Android. This patch addresses the issue of Auto Fire not working correctly on Gorgers that’s been affecting Android players.

We’re back from downtime from v14.10.

For the bug fixes this update brings to Creative, head over to our Bug Fixes in Creative - v14.10 post.

Also, as a reminder, our latest Creative community event has started! For this event, we’re looking to highlight artistically-themed maps. You can find more details about the event on our website!

We’re beginning to disable services in preparation for the v14.10 update. Players currently in a session can continue to play until downtime starts at approx. 4 AM ET (08:00 UTC).

We’ll post an update here when downtime ends and services are back up.

v14.10 arrives tomorrow, September 10. Downtime will begin at 4 AM ET (08:00 UTC). iOS and Google Play players on the 13.40 version of Fortnite will be unable to play during this downtime as well.

Please note:

• To download this update on Android, you can access the latest version of Fortnite from the Epic Games App for Android on Fortnite.com/Android or the Samsung Galaxy Store.
• Apple has blocked your ability to update Fortnite on the App Store. This includes Mac. More info: https://fn.gg/FreeFortnite

We’ve begun to deploy a maintenance patch for stability on PlayStation 4 and PC. On PlayStation 4, this patch addresses the crashing issue for players with a non-English system language.
