Hey,

All ban appeals will be looked into when your ticket is picked up. We do unban people, but only when we believe it wasn't you in control of the account, or if there's an error with the anti-cheat tool which is looked into on a case by case basis.

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with the mic in-game.

There are 2 suggestions below you can try to resolve this:

1) Please make sure the microphone is set as “Default Communications Device” in the audio settings of Windows to control your communication device.

2) Go to C:\Users\CurrentUser\Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\UplayID
Go to GameSettings.ini
Go to Audio
Change "VoiceChatCaptureMode=" to a 1 on the variable.

Sorry to hear that but unfortunately we aren't able to add mmr to accounts manually I'm afraid. We don't have the ability to do so.

I'm afraid we can't manually add MMR to accounts but hopefully a system that does it automatically in cases like this will be possible in the future.

Hey,

How often are you experiencing this. Have you got the game installed on the main Xbox HDD or an external one?

Does it crash to the dashboard or just remain on the frozen screen?

If you have done this, we'll need you to contact us with images of your port forwarding to show this has been done and we can check it has been done correctly.

The first 2 and the last issues are known and being looked into.

The 3rd issue is a connectivity issue, so I can only suggest going through the steps here if you have this often.

We're unable to manually add mmr or placement games to accounts unfortunately.

It's possibly being caused if you have other programs or background processes running using a lot of CPU % or memory. Next time you experience it, have a look at your task manager and have a look at what you don't need running when playing the game and choose to end the task on those.

Then restart the game if you don't see an instant improvement and see if this has made a difference.

Depending if you have a Steam version or Uplay version follow the steps below:

In Uplay - Select "Properties" located underneath the "Play" button and then select "verify files"

In Steam - From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache.

I'm afraid we can't add elo to accounts. Are you having an issue every game getting disconnected or was it just this one where it happened?
