Hey,

You need to be logged in to the correct Steam account that purchased the game to be able to download and install it again.

When you aren't on the correct Steam account, it will just take you to the store page to buy it.

Hey,

There isn't too much troubleshoot we can try with the Xbox but please try the following steps to cleat the cache of the Xbox first of all:

-While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.
-The console will power down.
-Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button.

Note - If your console is in Instant-On power mode, the above steps will shut the console completely off. Instant-On mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying “Xbox On” won’t be enabled until you restart the console.

If that hasn't resolved it, try reinstalling the game next:

- Re-install the game/any DLC on your Xbox One system. You can do this from ‘My games and apps’ by following these steps:
-Start from Home (press the Xbox button on your controller to go Home).
-Go to My games and apps.
-Highlight the content that you want to uninstall.

Hey Smradoch444,

Do you have a controller plugged in too? As the controls can't be customized for controllers, only mouse and keyboard. So maybe that would be causing an issue if you did.

Ah right, customer support don't get to view the reports through R6 Fix as they go to a different team.

I see your support case received a reply that email cases were being closed at due to the virus and may not receive a response. If you can provide us a short video clip via a YouTube link here showing your issue we'll be happy to forward it on to the game team as well.

Sorry to hear this is causing some frustration for you that you've been unable to unlock it. Hey JaroR6,

I can see the game was added to your account on the 18th, the same day you purchased it but it was also revoked from your account 15 minutes later.

If you went through the automatic refund request, that revokes it from your account instantly.

It can take up to 7 days for a refund to reach your account depending on payment types and banks.

PS Plus is needed for online play. Without it you would be restricted to just the single player situations.
