Hey DeviantWolf,

Not sure why that would be happening. Did you install the game properly through Uplay, or did you just move the files from the old drive to the new drive?

We're unable to refund anything that wasn't bought on the Ubisoft Store, and I see you have the game from Steam, so only they can process refunds and they would only do so if you met their refund policy.

Sorry to hear you are having the 100% CPU usage issue.

I have provided some solutions below that have worked for other players:

- Set vsync to 60Hz lock the FPS to 120 OR deactivate Vysnc completely and lock the FPS to 120.
=> Inside R6 menu: Options -> Display -> Refresh Rate
=> Nvidia control panel: Manage 3D settings -> Global Settings -> Vsync -> Force On
=> AMD: Catalyst control center -> Gaming -> 3D Application Settings -> Wait for vertical refresh -> Put the slider "Quality" on "Always On".

- Some applications (like Discord or Team Speak 3) are know to contribute to this increase in the CPU usage. Please try shutting these down and any other background applications you don't need running during gameplay.

- Setting CPU affinity to 4 cores and changing CPU priority to realtime also helped some players.

Hey juancitoooo11,

From looking at your case history notes, I can see that you have been told the reason your credits aren't received is because you have a different region PSN account to the region of the game you have. Digital content including credits won't appear in game unless they both match. If you buy the game digitally on the same account you bought the credits on, you'll then see the credits in game. Otherwise you will need to source a disc that matches the region of your PSN account that bought them.

We can only suggest contact Sony to refund the purchase if you don't want to buy the game digitally or source another disc.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. We can't edit anything on your account to provide back lost mmr or remove abandonment sanctions etc. I'm afraid.

I can only recommend to go through the connectivity troubleshooting found here though to ensure you have done everything possible to maintain the connection to the servers.

Hey skaultz,

Sorry to hear the game is crashing now using Vulkan. Was it working fine before you updated these drivers then?

Can you roll back the drivers and see if it starts working again? If so, this will need to be reported to Nvidia.

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with the mic in-game.

There are another 2 suggestions below you can try to resolve this:

1) Please make sure the microphone is set as “Default Communications Device” in the audio settings of Windows to control your communication device.

2) Go to C:\Users\CurrentUser\Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\UplayID
Go to GameSettings.ini
Go to Audio
Change "VoiceChatCaptureMode=" to a 1 on the variable.

Do you mean validating and updating playlists?

Your English is fine, don't worry about it

If you have just bought the game and it is asking you for a key to activate it, you just need to verify the game files in Steam.

This can be done by Right clicking the game (in Steam) and select "Properties".

Select the “Local Files” tab at the top, and then “Verify the integrity of the game cache”.

Once this is done you should be able to launch the game without it asking for a key.

Let us know if you still have issues as there are some other steps that can help resolve it too, this is just the quickest one that is often effective.
