I couldn't find any information about it and don't know why it would be changed.

Are you just seeing it with no arm now?

Would you be able to provide a screenshot or video clip of the charm what you see and we can ask the game team if it is bugged for you or intended now.

Hey,

If you had your Twitch account linked to a different Ubisoft account before, the rewards will still be going there and will do in future too.

Please can you create a support ticket / live chat for this here.

You will need to do this each time there are new rewards unfortunately, unless you were to create a new Twitch account to link to your Ubisoft account.

Hey ExtraThicccBoi,

I'm sorry to hear that. The abandonment sanction will still apply if you disconnect (even if it's not your fault) because there is no way for it to know if a player is making themselves disconnect on purpose to avoid an abandonment sanction if it didn't apply.

We are unable to provide anything back for getting an abandonment sanction, remove temporary suspensions, and we are also unable to modify player ranks unfortunately.

Hey mondragon8183,

It's probably due to all being on the same network. Do you have 2 access points on your network like one of them being a 5GHz option? You could try making sure you only have 2 of you connected to that and the other connected to the standard connection.

Or you can try having 1 person plugged in directly to the router if you are currently all on wireless.

Another option you can try is tethering your PS4 to a mobile hotspot and then try and connect. If it works, then it is likely due to something with the connection and having 3 people on the same thing, it can cause issues like this.

You may also find that it affects someone else if you invite them to a party instead of you trying to join theirs, it may stop one of them connecting to you.

Sorry to hear you have experienced this issue. It is being looked into but the game team need some information forwarding them, so if you can answer the questions below we'll pass it on.

If you can also provide a link to a video of it happening so they can try to reproduce it with certain setups and scenarios to try and find the cause, that would be useful to them.

- What platform are you playing on?

- Does it happen on specific maps? What maps have you noticed these audio issues on?

- Do you use WiFi or LAN connection?

- Did you notice the issue only on the replay cam playback? Live in game? Or both in game and on the replay cam?

- What happened prior to the audio issue occurring? (Did you equip a certain weapon? Did you walk a certain way? Clips are helpful!)

- Can you describe your audio set-up? (Plugged in the monitor, plugged in the controller, using a home cinema system, set of sp... Read more

Sorry no one got back to you when you first created this thread. We have customer support more active on the forums now than we were able to back in 2018, so we try to respond to everything. Is your friend still having an issue?

Hey,

Sorry to hear about your issue with the game crashing.

First of all, I would suggest to try the steps found here but for issues like this we really need to be able to look at your system files to help see what may be causing it.

Another good thing to try is to close Uplay, go to your cache folder in your Uplay directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

If you have done those steps, I would recommend trying to get through on live chat during times that we are open so we can get your system files off you.

I'm guessing you've gone back to playing your Steam version and are no longer using the Uplay + version that includes it all?

You need to keep your subscription active to keep the content.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand your issue. You bought a Cyan weapon skin and no longer have it? Or you can't play the game?

Also the purchase information you have provided is for a Cobalt Weapon skin, so which is it that you have an issue with? Cyan or Cobalt?
