Hey,

I had a look through your ticket and account and as we replied to you in your ticket, "Our teams have given out the rewards to everyone that was eligible for the pack at this time."

Anyone wishing to dispute this, like yourself, will have their account looked into when they contact us to see if they received the amount of packs they should have got.

Hey,

This could be due to a delay in rank calculations from previous games. I'm sorry, but unfortunately we have no way of manually seeing what happened or adding rank to accounts to adjust it. It's all handled by the in-game system.

I don't think you can bump them, but it's fine to recreate them again.

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that. The abandonment sanction will still apply if you disconnect (even if it's not your fault) because there is no way for it to know if a player is making themselves disconnect on purpose to avoid an abandonment sanction if it didn't apply.

We are unable to provide anything back for getting an abandonment sanction or remove temporary suspensions but if you continue having an issue, please go through the Uplay and game connectivity troubleshooting I've linked below:

I'm sorry to hear that, though, we don't have a way to verify this to be able to report it as an issue and we have no way to modify players MMR manually I'm afraid.

Hey,

We have reported the issue is happening more lately but there is some steps you can do to try and prevent it from happening again.

Please try deleting the local and cloud save data for Rainbow Six Siege. Please note that if you delete your Save Data for Rainbow Six: Siege, your progress and unlocks will remain. However, you will lose all preset loadout configurations and Situation progress.

Once you have deleted the save files from both the local storage and online storage, launch the game again to see if the issue has resolved.

We're not aware of everything that will be included in future patches until an issue is resolved from the dev team and they tell us it will be in the next patch or a future patch. We'll always post what we can whenever we can on the forums.

Hey,

Your MMR gains is based on your performance in the team it is based on your performance against other skilled players.

There's no standard amount of how much MMR you should be getting.
