I've deleted the previous comment as it's not necessarily true that we can't do anything about this. It may not be possible due to the amount of time that has passed, but we can at least speak with the game team to see if we can get it recovered.
Please can you let us know the platform you previously played on (and play on now) as well as when you last played the game roughly?

Thanks for trying that. I see we do have a reopened investigation into this error code. Usually it ends up resolving itself over time and seems to have you stuck in a creating squad status.
Could you try having your friend invite you to game so you get a notification and accepting the invite from there and seeing if this puts you straight through to getting in the game?
If unsuccessful again, could you also let me know if this is the account having the issue (the one you have posted this thread on), and also the time and date...

I'm sorry to hear it's been so long since you've had a response. We do have a large backlog of tickets at the moment and can only reply in the order they are passed through to us. I saw you have 2 ticket and your first ticket wasn't in English either so that may have something to do with it due to the availability of agents who can support that specific ticket. Do either of you having the issue have cloud saves enabled in the Ubisoft Connect settings?
If so, can you try disabling it, and if not, try enabling it.
Then see if your game saves next time you play.

This error usually means you launched and linked the game originally whilst logged in to a different Ubisoft account, so please check the username in top of Ubisoft Connect and see if you remember having another one. Then try logging in with any other email addresses you own.
