The SHD experience is awarded upon Conflict level-up, not per Conflict match. You need to fill the entire bar and level-up before you get a chunk of SHD XP ;)
No problem. I started to literally go up and down every street until I found it, starting on the opposite end. But ended up getting lucky and the same hostage rescue activity appeared

I want to echo this if it happens again and you're able to pinpoint where let us know! This will be forwarded as is to make the team aware :)
Next time I run through that part I'll record a video. Plenty of people in this thread still have the issue so I know I'm not the only one. Either something isn't rendering properly (like those yellow tarps) or the live build of this level is different than the dev build.
absolutely happy to be proven wrong here by anyone who has this issue, I'll make sure the team can look at the instances of this happening and resolve it if you're being deprived of precious keys! Can't have that happening on my watch ^_^

I was told that the keys are obtainable, but the way to reach them isn't always obviously marked and often you'll have to approach certain parts of the room in order to get to it. Send me a video if you still think that it is unreachable and I can see if we find the way for you!

I didnt know decoy hide your nameplate.
