Hey,

In order to get some more info on this can you confirm/provide the following for me if possible?

Screenshot/video of the issue.
Is this a new account or you played Hyper Scape on it before?
Is this happening only in the lobby or also when the match starts?
Is this specific to a mode (faction war or squad)?
Is this systematic for each matches or it occurs sometimes?
Is it still happening after uninstalling and reinstalling the game? (if you have tried this)
