Hello @razfaz23 thanks for your reply, I understand you are keen to see the implementation of full cross-play across all platforms, but regrettably we do not have any more information on this subject or any time frames, only our Siege developers would be able to give an update on this, if they choose to do so, in one of their blog posts or Twitter posts. We have not received any updates from our devs on this topic, but we will happily pass your feedback on about this to our devs.

Hello everyone thanks for getting in touch with us about the Connect challenges and sorry for the delay in replying.

I have checked this in my own game using the Shift and F2 button and can see the time-limited Connect challenges are available in the overlay for around another 9 days. Can you please let me know if you are unable to see these challenges as of the 16th May?

We advise against using VPNs to play our online multiplayer games as a caution, as it may cause issues with connectivity or interference that we are unable to resolve. Sometimes MMR/renown received at the end of a match will not show, as the scoreboard may not sync to our server in time, but usually, your MMR/renown will be added to your account by the time 24 hours have passed.

Thanks for the reply and spirantcrayon22, we will pass this on to the Valhalla team as a concern that the mastery challenges that are in the game at the moment do not reward players with enough energy tokens to buy all of Hildrans wares from her shop.

Hello Nargangster thanks for sharing your recent experience in the game after visiting Jotunheim and Raventhorpe.

Thank you to azullfr for providing these threads that reference these issues.

The issue with the wonky reindeer legs has a workaround which is to choose a different mount other than the Lynx or Lion mount when you are outside of Asgard. Then when you return, your Reindeer should look normal again. We have yet to implement a permanent fix for this.

Hello spirantcrayon22 thanks for your question. The Player Support forum is designed as a place to report bugs in the game or to help troubleshoot an issue with the player, that is its purpose. Most gameplay queries, walkthrough questions, or player feedback are to be moved to our General Discussion area. Valhalla is probably our busiest forum, so unfortunately some threads may be missed by accident because of the sheer volume of threads that get posted here on a daily basis.

Hello @kilyan82 thanks for getting in touch. I have moved your post to its own thread as you commented on a thread that was over 8 months where the player did not get back to us.

Can you let me know what platform you play on and what troubleshooting you have tried so far, if any, to resolve these crashes?

Have you tried playing offline to see if it solves the autosave crash? Do you also mainly use cloud saves or local hard drive saves, as switching to hard drive saves may resolve this issue also?

Do you have any images we can review of the axe and holster clipping through the AC legacy outfits we can look at, in order to report this to the ACV team?

As for the hidden blade options, we have fed this back to the ACV team, but have been informed this is intentional by design, the animation only shows for Basim, due to his blade being underneath his palm and being already animated for the game, but for the other outfits, Eivor wears the blade above the fist so this will share his default assassin animation.

Hello @Acaciamac,

There can sometimes be a delay of up to 24 hours after completing a Ubisoft Connect challenge or Achievement, for it to be marked as completed in your game launcher.

As for Community Challenges, any rewards will become available to be claimed in the Connect launcher, once the community challenge has reached its target. 

If it has been longer than 24 hours since you completed your challenge/acheivement, your game is updated to 1.5.1 and you are connected online, can you let me know the exact names of the challenges and achievements you are having trouble updating?

Can you confirm the platform this occurs on, are you playing on an Xbox One?

What kind of actions do you perform that can make Eivor go invisible? Does it only affect climbing for you?

How often has this issue occurred for you after the last update?

Any other information on where this occurs and how often, would be great to know for further investigation thanks!

Hey spirantcrayon22, the Full Master and True Master issues are currently under investigation, if they are under investigation it means the dev teams are intending to fix the issue. Should we receive word that the dev team have decided not to fix the issue, or simply can't fix the issue, updates will be provided as Ubi Forggard posted above. I hope my answer is satisfactory and explains this further?

We previously had this issue reported to us when players were entering Francia, so thank you for letting us know this is affecting you in England and Norway.

Could you let us know what Power Level you currently are, can you tell us what settings you have Options > Level scaling set to?

Do you also have a video of this or your a recent cloud save we can access, for further investigation?

Hello cronucks thanks for replying to this players thread and letting us know you experienced issues with the audio lines and bit rate in the game also, as our Development team previously said, 'Resolution of this issue would require an overhaul of the entire audio system from the ground up and is not feasible. We recommend enabling subtitles to aid comprehension of dialogue.' We also have the audio boost available in the sound options too, to see if this can improve sound quality.

Hello everyone, just a quick update from our QA team.

As a workaround for this issue whilst a more permanent fix is to be found, can you please try switching to DX11 in the in-game settings, and use a display mode of Windowed Borderless or Windowed, instead of full screen.

Please let us know if this workaround works for you also.

Can you please let us know what display mode you are using in-game, full screen, borderless etc, and have you tried switching between these modes to see if all are affected?

Can you let me know what resolution monitor it is you use and do you use more than one to play the game?
