@skypherdzn Sorry to hear you weren't able to complete that world event, and apologies for the delayed response. Would you be able to record a video showing the letter being read but the mystery still appearing on your map? Then you can upload the video to Youtube and post a link to this thread.

I see you've eliminated all other members of the order, but have you already completed the Hamtunscire arc? How many medallions have you turned in to Hytham? Additionally, do you have a quest called "The Letter"?

Hi all, apologies for the lack of an update on this thread! The 1.4.1.2 hotfix was deployed today to address the issue. Please update this thread if you run into any further issues accessing the Yule Festival.

The festival will now end on January 27th to give everyone time to participate. Happy Yule!

I'm sorry to hear you've encountered this issue. When you say you're unable to proceed in the quest, what exactly do you mean? Do you get to the point where you would normally collect the sword, but you're unable to pick it up so the quest doesn't complete? Or does something else occur? It would also be useful to have a video showing the issue.

A few days ago, we experienced a bit of a delay with stats. Things should now be caught up, but are any of you still missing the reward? Please update this thread if you are, and I will make sure to investigate further.
