Hello! I know disconnection issues can be incredibly frustrating, I'm sorry to hear this happened to you during a match.

To try and understand what happened, I'd like to ask some questions -

- Was the kick sudden, or did your ping raise very high first?
- Do you happen to know if other players were affected?

Hello, apologies for the delay.

This is certainly something we can look into for you. To begin, I'd like to suggest the following -

- Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game tab.
- Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.
- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right click on the game and select Properties.
- In the General tab, make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.

You may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam. To do this:
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK

Once we confirm Steam's overlay is enabled and the browser's cache has been cleared, please try again.

Yes, we are seeing it! Apologies for getting back to you late, the forums sometimes overflows with activity.

I am aware of the duplicate challenge reward issue you are referring to. The dev team have been made aware however no fix is in the works just yet.

Just to make sure I understand correctly - The initial claim of the reward did not work, but you were still able to claim the reward after you experienced the glitch. Is that correct?

If that is correct, we won't be able to assist in your acquisition of the rewards a second time. As you know this is a glitch and not working as intended.

Due to how many changes are being implemented into Rainbow Six Siege, most changes will be included in the next patch, as long as we are able to develop a fix in time. On some rare occasions we will push a hotfix, if there is something very serious.
