Could you please try reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect client and let us know if this continues?

This will also ensure you have the most up-to-date version of the client installed too.

Thanks for reaching out!

If a peripheral is plugged in, it will default to using this in the menu.

May we please know more about what the issue is?

Are you unable to use your wheel in-game as hoped as it's detected as controller?

Are you unable to navigate the menu via your mouse?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, thanks for keeping the thread updated.

So just to confirm - are you now able to change the picture using your original account after using the second account + restarting the server?

Or after all that are you still stuck when using your main account?

Could you please confirm if your stats are once again tracking as normal?
